Overview

This course aims to provide advanced understanding of the pathophysiological mechanisms, immunological features, diagnostic criteria and treatment management of multiple sclerosis (MS). Participants will benefit of the longstanding experience of internationally renowned speakers. Seminal lectures will be delivered through a webinar format to give the opportunity to a broader range of learners to join the live class and interact and debate with experts and participants on current hot topics in MS.

Learning objectives

By attending this live intervention, participants will be able to:

  • List the key immunological mechanisms subtending MS
  • Discuss the new criteria for MS diagnosis
  • Describe the main features of paediatric MS and related disorders
  • Illustrate how to evaluate treatment efficacy in everyday clinical setting
