Professor Paolo A. Ascierto’s experience and expertise has led him to become one of the world's leading scientists in his field.
He is Director of The Melanoma Cancer Immunotherapy and Development Therapeutics Unit, Istituto Nazionale Tumori IRCCS Fondazione Pascale, Naples, Italy, and has been Principal investigator in over 50 international clinical trials. He continues to work on cutting edge research, and has most recently presented findings on the early experimental effects of Tocilizumab on the treatment of Covid-19 Pneumonia.
